If you can't remember your password, you can try the password recovery feature, find the link in the login form.

Some sites control access according to user profile, e.g. on some sites pharmacists are not allowed access while on others only pharmacists are allowed access.

After successful registration you will receive an email with a temporary password. At your first login on any site of the Angelini ecosystem you will be asked to enter the temporary password and immediately afterwards you will have to choose your own password. During this phase the new password must comply with minimum security criteria and must be entered twice for confirmation.

Angelini iD was not able to validate its registration as an HCP, so it made a validation request via an HCP status certification service. This verification can take up to 3 days. Don't worry, once validation is complete you will receive an email with a temporary password to complete your activation.

Angelini iD tried to validate his HC status, but the certification service could not validate the request. For this reason, your request was cancelled. You will however be able to try a registration again at a later stage.

The email you entered during registration is probably incorrect. Please contact your Angelini representative in order to request an email change.
 

The link contained in the e-mail may only be clicked once for security reasons. If the procedure is not completed after the click, it will be necessary to perform the action again.
 

It is important to check the inclusion of all mandatory fields, correcting any errors as indicated in the red comments. If any messages appear, it is also important to note the message and any error code to report it to your Angelini representative who will be able to support the registration process
